With offices in Galashiels and Duns we field a team with a wide
variety of expertise and combined experience of over 200 years.
Our present compliment of 23 personnel comprising ten Legal staff and thirteen support staff provides the resources to enable us to deliver the highest quality of service to our clients.

Following obtaining her Law Degree from Napier University, Stephanie went on to complete her Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh. Stephanie joined Iain Smith & Partners as a Trainee Solicitor in 2008 and following successful completion of her Traineeship, qualified as a Solicitor on 30th June 2010.
Stephanie began her career with Iain Smith & Partners in Duns but is now based in our Galashiels office. She practices in a wide range of property- related matters including; Property Sales and Purchases (both residential and commercial), Commercial Leasing and Renewable Energy (including Windfarm Agreements and Mobile Mast Sites).
