Moira is our senior Paralegal. After working
for 6 years as a Legal Secretary she then gained her Certificate
in Conveyancing Practice in December 1999. Moira joined Iain Smith & Partners
in 2004 and her work involves all aspects of Conveyancing from taking
initial instructions to completion of purchases and sale transactions,
transfers of title, remortgages etc. She is a member of the Scottish
Paralegal Association.
