variety of expertise and combined experience of over 200 years.
Our present compliment of 30 personnel comprising thirteen Legal staff and seventeen support staff provides the resources to enable us to deliver the highest quality of service to our clients.

Marion, based at our Duns office, is one of our
longstanding members of staff having originally joined Iain Smith & Partners,
in the 1970’s. More recently Marion has obtained a Paralegal Qualification
through the University of Strathclyde and now specialises in Wills,
Trusts and Executries. She now works closely with Ian Grant in assisting with the administration of Executry Estates.
