Our present compliment of 23 personnel comprising ten Legal staff and thirteen support staff provides the resources to enable us to deliver the highest quality of service to our clients.

Marion, based at our Duns office, is one of our
longstanding members of staff having originally joined Iain Smith & Partners,
in the 1970’s. In 2006 Marion obtained a Paralegal Qualification through the University of Strathclyde and now specialises in Wills, Trusts and Executries. More recently Marion has been accepted as a Registered Paralegal under the Law Society of Scotland Registered Paralegal Scheme.
