variety of expertise and combined experience of over 200 years.
Our present compliment of 23 personnel comprising ten Legal staff and thirteen support staff provides the resources to enable us to deliver the highest quality of service to our clients.

Jenna graduated from The University of Edinburgh and gained her Diploma in Legal Practice at The University of Aberdeen before joining Iain Smith & Partners in June 2007. Jenna is based in our Galashiels Office, working alongside Gavin Hamilton. She handles a wide range of private and business client matters. These include advising on Wills, Executries and Trusts; Tax Planning; Agricultural Law; Housing Law; Residential and Commercial Property and Licensing Law as well as being registered to provide Civil and Criminal Legal Aid. Jenna is currently Secretary and Treasurer of the Faculty of Procurators of Berwickshire and is enrolled as a Notary Public.
