variety of expertise and combined experience of over 200 years.
Our present compliment of 30 personnel comprising thirteen Legal staff and seventeen support staff provides the resources to enable us to deliver the highest quality of service to our clients.

Jenna completed her Degree in Law at The University of Edinburgh and her Diploma in Legal Practice at The University of Aberdeen before joining Iain Smith & Partners as a Trainee Solicitor in June 2007 and qualifying in June 2009. Jenna is based in our Dun’s Office and handles a wide range of legal matters including agricultural leases, purchases, sales and Litigation. Jenna is currently Secretary and Treasurer of the Faculty of Procurators of Berwickshire and is a Notary Public.
